Our Services

Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning

Our system uses a fraction of the water that is typically used in hot water extraction. This makes for a much quicker drying process and helps to prevent wicking (spots below the carpet chasing moisture back up). Our cleaning solution also contains an encapsulant which serves as double protection against wicking. Microsoil that were to resurface in an older carpet would instead be trapped, bonded to, and surrounded by this product. It can then be easily vacuumed out. We simply apply our water-based cleaning solution to the carpet, and then run our dual-rotating brush system over it as needed. This agitation activates the surfactant in our solution, bonding to and removing soil as well as hair, grime, and other pollutants. What’s left over is a freshly cleaned carpet with a lifted pile. (Nice and fluffy!)

Low Residue

Every carpet we clean is pH balanced so there is no sticky residue left behind. Leaving carpet unbalanced is the primary cause of resoling (carpet looking dirty shortly after being cleaned). If improper chemical is left behind, it will attract soil leaving the carpet dirty again. Between our neutral-based solution and such low amount of chemical, there is no worry about resoiling after we leave.

Expert Upholstery Cleaning

Textiles require a delicate touch. We are experienced in addressing A wide variety of fibers and are able to brighten up almost any fabric. Without causing discoloration or unnecessary wear, we remove soil and spots from fibers. There is no better way to prolong the life of your furniture. Furniture is left near dry and may be used in a matter of hours.

Family & Pet Safe Chemical

No chemical we use is harmful to your children or pets. All solutions are environment-friendly and we do 0% dirty water dumping!

Pretreatment

Many cases do not require pretreatment and are overwetted if it is used. For those cases with extreme soiling, A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify heavy soil areas and general spots only if needed. Having a professional manage the use of pretreatments on your carpet can prolong the protector in the fibers, and prevent overwetting and wicking & resoiling issues.

Urine Odor Removal

The best results in cleaning after urine issues are when they have been addressed by the client quickly after happening. For tips on how to address accidents when they happen check out our notes on How To Deal With Accidents. Pet spots can be cleaned and treated. We don’t use deodorizers as they are masking agents and just cover the problem. We use odor eliminators that chemically bond to malodor molecules, consume them, and neutralize them naturally. Each carpet is cleaned with this natural additive so that no spots ever get missed.

In the case of extreme urine issues, the proper solution would be to remove the carpet, seal any damage to the subfloor, and replace the pad and possibly the carpet as well. If this is not in the client’s budget, we are willing to do our best to clean and treat the issue, but can not guarantee that no odor will return, as the cause originates from below the carpet. That being said, our low moisture cleaning process succeeds in many “get by” situations helping to clean and treat what’s there in the hopes of it drying before that which is below has a chance to come back up. This is not the case for hot water extraction which can worsen the issue due to the high amounts of water and heat activating the salt crystals in urine.

Stain Removal

During cleaning, most all spots and soil are removed. Remaining stains can be treated, most of which at no charge. For more details on different types of stains check out our FAQS page.

Odor Eliminator

Looking to get rid of that dog smell, or leftover aromas from a previous tenant? As mentioned before we include a commercial-grade odor eliminator in our cleaning solution on every job. This all-natural-based additive does not add a foreign smell or linger, it simply attaches to smell molecules and dissipates with them.

Carpet Restretching and Repair

After a period of a few years, depending on soiling, traffic, and installation, a carpet may need to be restretched. If you have wrinkles in your carpet, then it needs to be stretched prior to cleaning. This condition is caused by the relaxing of the backing as the carpet is walked on, and as furniture is moved across it. We use a power stretcher to get your carpet as tight or tighter than when it was new. If you should have holes, seams coming apart or any other damage to your carpet, an expert carpet repair can be done for you.

Hard Floor Cleaning

Our powerful portable hard floor cleaning machine sprays, scrubs, and sucks all at the same time! With the use of a powerful cleaning agent, soil can be broken down and removed, again, with a neutral base to ensure no damage to the floor. The high-power removal of cleaning solution enables the floor to dry quickly making this an excellent option for more delicate floors as well, such as laminate and cork.
